Typical of chalky wines, we are on an original register of Cahors, that of finesse and freshness. The chalky tannins leave no doubt as to the origin of the wine.

In 1979, Bernard and Cécile Croisille arrived in Fages and took over a 7 hectare property. In 2008, Germain, their second son, decided to take the plunge and set up shop with his parents.
