Sight: Grenat rather intense.
Nose: Unveils a good complexity of fruity aromas.
Taste: The dominant merlot gives a round attack with a nice volume and a beautiful matter.
To be served with : Grilled red meat, roasted or in sauce.
Serving temperature: 16 to 18°C.

History of the domain : Property of the Moquet family, the Château is located at the foot of the village of Saint-Emilion. The vineyard extends over an area of 13 hectares in one piece. The average age of the vines is over 35 years.

Grape varieties : 80 % Merlot, 20 % Cabernet Franc

Benefiting from a strong maturation in oak barrels, we find woody scents of smoke, caramel, burnt, viandé type which also last in mouth on a tender and flexible structure. Perfect with grilled meat.
