Since 1998, Sylvie Esmonin, an agricultural engineer, has been cultivating 7 hectares of vines, including the very prestigious Clos Saint Jacques. Her know-how in the vineyard and her precise vinifications, in a classic style, give birth to remarkable wines, certainly among the most beautiful of the village.
