Anchored at the foot of the Roche de Vergisson 1 ha 08 ares in 2 parcels on the same southeast-facing terroir.
The largest, 35-year-old, planted on lean, strongly chalky soil, the other, a 45-year-old old vine, lower on the hillside, with more clayey soil and grapes that are often millerandized and concentrated. The marriage of these two vines produces a wine with full-bodied, ample fruit, supported by an assertive minerality (oily chalk). The ripeness, always achieved, is balanced by the roots and character of the terroir.
A powerful wine with a refined expression at once, developing notes of apricot on a beautiful mineral ensemble, with exceptional length on the palate while remaining on a dynamic of freshness.
