Holunder Secco, Gustavshof Traubensaft white BIO | from organic winery

The naturally cloudy white grape juice from the Gustavshof estate is aromatic and of high quality. As the juice is not fermented, it is naturally sweet.
It is made from ripe grapes of Demeter (biodynamic) quality and is unfiltered, so it is best to shake it before opening it.

The organic grape juice is vegan and has a histamine content of less than 0.25 mg/l.

ABOUT THE WINERY

The Gustavshof winery is a family business rich in tradition located in the heart of the Rheinhessen, about 30 km south of Mainz. Today they produce a wide range of organic wines according to the strict guidelines of biodynamic viticulture. In 1924, the founder and namesake Gustav Becker built the estate building and ran the then mixed farm.

Today, with Friederike and Andreas Roll, the fourth generation of the family is involved in viticulture. Together with the parent's generation, they manage an 18-hectare vineyard according to the biodynamic and holistic approach. The Gustavshof winery has been Demeter certified since 2012 and a member of EcoVin since 2007.
