Service:
All seafood especially with a rich creamy sauce. Also excellent with chicken and lamb. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a fillet of seabass with chorizo cream! Serve between 11-13°C.

Tasting :
Pale yellow color with grey highlights.
The nose is very elegant and marked by minerality and fresh white fruit (pear-banana).
The palate is structured, with nice acidity and spicy notes. The finish has a minerality that is very representative of this 1er cru.

Geology & Soils :
Marls and calcareous clayey from the kimmeridgien period.

Double cane Guyot pruning.

Vinification :
Manual and mechanically harvested.
Static settling, then aging in stainless steel tanks.

Evolution: To taste from 2021 to 2028.
