Blending, the keyword for Jean-Paul, makes it possible to achieve the Côte Rôtie of Domaine Jamet. The diversity of the terroirs, the exposure, and the age of the vines are the sign of a necessary complementarity to gather the strengths of each.

The wine is made from twenty parcels of land and essentially from whole grapes. It is then aged for twenty-two months in barrels.
