The robe is straw yellow, brilliant. The nose is expressive, with white fruits - apple, pear, quince - roasted in butter, toasted brioche, and even an exotic touch (pineapple, flambéed banana).
The palate is long, built on a tracing acidity, reminiscent of a Chenin rather than a Chardonnay with this quince still very present. It is coated by a ripe, solid, almost tannic matter, with rocky accents. If the aroma evokes great maturity, it is balanced by mineral and smoky notes.
The finish is invigorating, concentrated, and juicy, repeating the previous episodes with just the right amount of bitterness to give the wine spice and length, enhanced by smoky/grilled notes.
This wine offers a fresh bouquet where peach, pear, and exotic fruit are confined.
This wine can be kept for 4 years.
Florale, of the Chardonnay grape variety, imposes its elegance, its fine nose, and long in the mouth develop very subtle aromas.
