This very original terroir represents less than 10% of the Cahors appellation. It produces fine, easily digestible wines that are full of appetizing acidity, the hallmark of this wine.

In 1979, Bernard and Cécile Croisille arrived in Fages and took over a 7-hectare property. In 2008, Germain, their second son, decided to take the plunge and set up shop with his parents.
