Adrien Berlioz has reserved for us a parcel-based cuvée named Euphrasie, which means "joy" in French and which indeed gives great pleasure to the taste buds. It has notes of pineapple, fresh butter and roasted hazelnuts. The particularity is that this cuvée is aged in acacia barrels. A symphony !
