Domaine de Ravanès is located north-west of Bézers, on a clay-limestone terroir bordering the Orb river. Since 1978, Guy and Marc Benin have been pioneers in the Languedoc region's qualitative re-grape varieties, notably with the introduction of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot in the early 1970s, producing top-of-the-range vins de pays with strong, original and atypical characters.
