Made from Mourvèdre grapes grown in a vineyard situated on deep scree soils facing due East, complemented by 5% Syrah. Vineyard management uses the Cordon de Royat training system.
Harvested by hand with yields of 30 hl/ha.
Traditional winemaking in conical wooden vats with regular punching of the cap which stands the wines in good stead for lengthy cask maturation lasting 24 months.
