The Roches Neuves estate has been in existence since 1850, enjoying an exceptional terroir due to the quality of its chalky subsoil composed of tuffeau. Since the early 1990s, we find Thierry Germain at the helm; one of his first decisions was to convert the 22 hectares of the vineyard to biodynamics. Two rules guide the work in the vineyards: small yields as well as harvesting at full maturity.
