Domaine of 7 hectares located in the South of the Loire in the heart of the AOC Montlouis-sur-Loire. The soils are worked mechanically and manually to carry out weeding, de-cultivation, harrowing, butage, inter-vine and scraper. No weedkillers are used. Manual harvesting with selective sorting. No chemical yeasts for fermentation, nor enzymes for settling. The wines are aged according to the traditional method (in barrels and demi-muids).
