In order to preserve its freshness we pick the whole bunches from the presence of concentration of berries on at least half of the bunch.

The Rochefort vintage can age like any bottle of Layon but it is preferable to consume it in its youth in order to take advantage of its freshness. It is our only Layon conditioned in bottle of 75cl.
