Since 2005, a further step in the management of their vineyard has led them to convert to biodynamic viticulture. Here, great importance is attached to maintaining bacterial life and developing the diversity of flora and microflora, elements that guarantee the constitution of a quality grape
.p>Originating from a parcel of old vines located in the commune of Bussière, its soil is silty-clay, not stony, derived from light marl. The cuvée offers present fruit, with some muscat notes, but always fresh.
