TASTING

With its lovely green hues, its notes of honeysuckle and hedge flowers, like a spring bouquet, are subtle and delicate. On the palate, like a pencil drawing a broken line, it is sapid and mouth-watering. Freshness, strength and delicacy make for a long, minty finish that refreshes the taste buds. It fully expresses its terroir with a serious and discreet character.
