Peyre Rose is an exceptionnal estate; on the heights of Saint-Pargoire, Marlène Soria has been creating a small, highly sought-after production since the early 1990s. These cuvées initially impress with their concentration and strength, then reveal their authenticity of taste and oriental complexity. The reds are dominated by a low-yielding, solar syrah, aged for a long time in the cellar to civilize the tannins: a minimum of two years in vats, with a further two years resting in the bottle. Needless to say, the viticulture practiced is 100% organic.
