A blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan planted on two outstanding terroirs: soft limestone and clay-limestone scree. These two vineyard sites craft a wine in which grape varieties show true sense of place.
Short pruning, harvesting by hand and yields of 30 hl/ha
