"Les Ronchevats" will become "Aux Charmes" in 2021.

Since some Pouilly Fuissé wines have become 1er Crus, the INAO has asked the estate to make Les Ronchevats aux Charmes in 2020.

Roger Saumaize, born among the vines, shares his passion with his wife Christine Michelin. Since 2005, a further step in their vineyard management has led them to convert to biodynamic viticulture. Here, great importance is attached to nurturing bacterial life and developing the diversity of flora and microflora, elements that guarantee the constitution of a quality grape.
