AOC Côtes du Rhône altitude! Here the vines are above 500m: the cool temperatures (5° less than in Beaumes de Venise), the amplitudes between day and night, the harvest that takes place 3 weeks later than in the plain, raise the fruity and spicy character and balance this wine with freshness and greediness.

50% grenache, 50% syrah.

The vines grow on clay-limestone and stony terraces with low fertility, between 500 and 600m in altitude, below the crest of Mount Saint Amant in the southern Rhone Valley. 

AOC Côtes du Rhône red - 50% grenache, 50% syrah, 35-year-old vines. Hand harvested at the end of September. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. Aged for one year. Bottled with light filtration.
