Strange to call a wine by a cow's name. Not so strange when you know Laïs, a Jersiaise, in Catalan country; it sums up the wine quite well. We want these wines to have a combination of freshness, depth and complexity for Laïs Blanc. The local blend of these two wines shows the diversity of our Calce terroir.
