Vineyard operation :
Reasoned vine-growing with natural grassing (ray grass and meadow fescue).
Mechanical soil cultivation with plowing the cavaillon (patch of earth between two vines). Leaf thinning and green harvesting allow maturation and yield control

Harvest, vinification, and breeding :
Second manual grape harvest, to have a perfect maturity Then they are slowly pressed pneumatically
Alcoholic fermentation is then done in 300 l barrels with no yeast addition at low temperatures. Raised on lees in foudre barrels.
Bottled during March of the following year

Domaine of 28ha, planted on clay-siliceous soils called Perruches, on hillsides overlooking the Loire River. The respect of the terroir passes by a reasoned culture, work of the ground, natural grassing.
