The vines for the Knewitz Riesling dry VDP.Gutswein 2021 come from old, as well as young chalky slopes from the Welzbach Valley. The grapes were harvested in October at the best ripeness. After slow and gentle pressing was fermented and aged spontaneously with the grape's own yeasts in stainless steel tanks and traditional wooden barrels. The wine was bottled in April 2022.
