Hotspot for the history of Burgundy, Moulin aux Moines is located in the heart of the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune, in the village of Auxey-Duresses. Heritage from the monks dating back to the tenth century, the Domaine returns to its ancestral values since 2008.

With organic farming and biodynamic principles, a viticultural ideology that is modern and adapted, yet its principles are as old as the ground we walk on, biodiversity came slowly back. In this way, healthy organic activity in the soil and photosynthesis of vines are favored. Our old vines have rediscovered their vigor to produce red and white terroir wines that are as expressive as natural.
