OPTIMIZED PACKAGING

We prepare each package with the greatest care for perfect conservation of the wines during transport and optimal discretion.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to your fragile bottles. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your bottles are properly protected.

DEADLINES

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. This can vary during periods of frost and heatwaves. However, orders are made without a delivery date guarantee. Any modification or delay in deliveries will not result in cancellation or payment of compensation.

International delivery times are 7 to 10 days on average depending on the country of destination.

Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.

We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.

In Belgium, delivery is FREE for all orders over 120 euros.
