René Dauvissat estate is one of the most prestigious in Chablis, it has been in operation for over 150 years.

Today, it is run by the descendants of René Dauvissat, who continue to produce high-quality wines that respect the traditions of Chablis.

The estate cultivates around 8 hectares of vines, primarily planted with Chardonnay, on the limestone hills of the region.

The wines produced by the René Dauvissat estate are primarily dry white wines made from Chardonnay, characterized by their minerality and marked acidity that gives them a great complexity and elegance. The grapes are harvested at optimal maturity and aged in oak barrels for a certain period of time to give a complexity and depth of flavors.

The estate is also known for its prestige wines such as the 1st Crus "Forest" and Grand Cru "Les Clos", which are considered among the best wines of Chablis.
