Their philosophy for wine is: "infusion, little extraction, freshness, balance and fruit".

They create organic wines of pleasure, with beautiful fruity notes and length in the mouth, from old and local grape varieties, adapted to our soil: carignan, grenache noir, cinsault, clairette and grenache blanc.

Driven by a philosophy of balance and living in symbiosis with nature, the winemakers use exclusively organic and biodynamic practices and the harvest is 100% manual.

The production is 15,000 to 20,000 bottles per year, with an average yield of 25 to 30 hL per hectare, and our range includes 8 wines: 5 reds, 2 whites and 1 rosé.

All the wines bear a maxim, borrowed from a philosopher or writer, which the winemakers choose with great care in order to share the spirit that drives them and their passion for winegrowing.
