This wine is a bold blend of Chenin, Chardonnay, Gros Manseng and Rolle. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vat tank , this very aromatic and balanced white wine will suit perfectly for substantial aperitifs . The vines are in their 1st year of conversion to organic farming method.
