This Mondeuse cuvée Rosa comes from the "La Ravinée" parcel in Arbin and is a great wine that can be enjoyed today with a crisp structure or forgotten for a decade in a good cellar to reserve its evolutionary notes for us. 

Mondeuse d'Arbin is digestible, complex and tense, with floral and country notes flirting with flint, rose buds, strawberry, blueberry, cherry stem and chicory. The mouth is delicious and surprises by its vegetable freshness.
