AOC Côtes du Rhône altitude! Here the vines are located above 500m: the cool temperatures (5° less than in Beaumes de Venise), the amplitudes between day and night, the harvest which takes place 3 weeks later than in the plain, raise the fruity and spicy character and balance this wine with freshness and greed. The work in the vineyards, the long maturation in new barrels, all contribute to make this cuvée a little gem of finesse, smoothness, roundness and fullness.

Serve between 15° and 16°C, having taken care to decant 3 hours before serving. Dense, velvety and spicy, this long-keeping cuvée is a perfect match for an egg scramble with truffles, an 8-hour leg of lamb or a braised pheasant.
