Syrahs in the south at 600m altitude: a cocktail that holds dynamite! The work in the vineyards, the long maturation in new barrels, all contribute to make this cuvée a little gem of finesse, smoothness, roundness and fullness.

Serve between 15° and 16°C, having taken care to decant 3 hours before serving. Dense, velvety and spicy, this vintage that can be kept for a long time goes wonderfully with an egg scramble with truffles, a leg of lamb or even braised pheasant.
