Specialty of Domaine Vial-Magnères since 1986, date of the first vintages elaborated by Bernard Saperas. Banyuls Blanc which he likes to say is his calling card.

Instead of making the mutage on the grape berries, this wine is mutated on juice.

It is perfect as an aperitif, for appetizers, with foie gras, white or yellow fruit pastries, creams, certain cheeses and especially hot goat cheese.
