315 million years ago the sea withdrew from Belgium and plants proliferated. The burial of plants leads to the formation of "Coal". It is in the place called "les Houillères", which bears witness to a rich geological history, that we have planted our two different grape varieties that make up this cuvée. Our sparkling wines are made according to the traditional method, i. e. with a second fermentation in the bottle and an ageing on laths of at least 9 months.

This sparkling rosé will go perfectly with light dishes such as fish (red mullet fillets, slightly smoked salmon), shellfish (lobster), white meat or simply as an aperitif.
