This exceptional cuvée with the purest organoleptic qualities comes from the blend from two of the most beautiful plots of the estate.

A part is planted with Syrah, a powerful grape variety with its aromas of leather and the roundness. And the other part planted with Cabernet-Sauvignon brings a powerful structure and superb ripening. Aging for one year in new French oak barrels and fermentation lasts approximately 3 weeks. The wine is then blended for a few weeks. The gentle filtration prior to bottling improves the shelf life of this great wine.
