We have chosen the Bronner and Johanniter grape varieties, reminiscent of Riesling, to produce this white wine of whites. It is a careful work associated with a maturing on slats of 9 months minimum which guarantee the finesse of the Bioul bubbles and the delicacy of the aromas.
"Food & Wine" agreements
Brut de Bioul will be ideal as an aperitif with lightly smoked fish toasts (salmon, trout, eel) and tarama, oysters, raw vegetables with a cottage cheese sauce, goose foie gras in its natural state.
Tasting session
A sparkling silvery colour, delicate aromas of white flesh fruit and still the great finesse that characterises the wines of Château de Bioul.
